Here at Citadel Health Center, our pricing system is very straightforward – just like it should be. No hidden costs or impossibly complicated invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We’re happy to walk you through anything.
Pricing effective January 1, 2027
All patients: $99 per month
Family discount: After the first 2 members of a family join, additional family members are only $45 each per month. Family Maximum $299 per month.
* A family includes up to 2 parents and all children age 20 and under. Children age 21 and older are not included in the family discount or the family maximum.
* If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin at a later time, you will be charged a re-enrollment fee of 4x the monthly fee at the time of re-enrollment.
